A great selection as a tribute to a great producer. I’ve listened to a couple of podcast tributes to J Dilla already in the last couple of weeks, and this is as smooth as it gets. Well done guys, and we’ll miss you Dilla.

Dilla was one of the best producer/arranger/mc/inventer ever. He even was a producer of the producers and did a lot stuff which he wasn’t named in. So you propably listened to sounds of him without knowin.. RIP Dilla, his music still keeps me feeling good! And this set is amazing.. Almost everithing we know he did is in it!
But I have to ask what instrumental of him is played on 3:57:21 (After MED’s Push instrumental) is there a track with Mc released? I would be glad to know this track – this beat is something of the dopest I ever heard.. thx and peace

This show really drew me into the Betalounge. It\’s a prime example of the diversity and appreciation for beats that the betalounge does so well. It\’s also the way I personally found out about the passing of J Dilla and as such was really emotional to listen to but now over two years on I\’m still coming back & moved by the send up you gave him. Respect & love to all those who contributed on this project!

i listened to dis tribute soon after dilla\’s passin…..year\’s later….it was sooo dope… that i was like you know what i got to listen to it again……..to the dj that played the tracks…..u collected!!!!!!!!!! many jd tributes but dis one kicks……. head bobbin……..good lookin BL………sorry it took years to let u know??????????
