Due to the fact that we had a different technical  setup for the Disco Illusion Soundsystem the recording levels are jumping a little bit around. The first hour or so was only filled with background music and is recorded on low level. But it will get louder the longer you listen. Enjoy!

SVEN HELWIG (German House Community)

Sven Helwig could easily be counted among the veterans of German House Music Scene. At the age of 9 years he started to collect records and never stopped ever since. Coming out of the Rhein-Main Area he became a resident at Frankfurt’s famous Robert Johnson Club in 1999 hosting the Liquid club night with Gerd Janson and Thomas Hamman featuring the most amazing dj’s from Detroit and elsewhere like Carl Craig, Metro Area, Moodymann und Maurice Fulton. His sets present a huge variety of musical styles not only influenced by House and Techno music but also by Hip-Hop and Disco Tunes. Also Sven has been founding member of the German House Community Group on Facebook and produces live streams with guest dj’s that are gettin aired over the facebook group site…
